A Gronded Theory Study on Revelation of Strength of Marrage Women:Approached Action Research

Abstract
This study is to explore the process and contents of immigrant marrage women. Ten of multicultural family women participated this study. The data were collected by in-depth interview. The data were analyzed according to Strauss and Corbin(1990). The result as follows, The author constructed 90 concepts and 28 subcategories, 12 categories. The causal conditions were ¡¸pushing into the cliff¡¹, ¡¸deviding¡¹. The phenomenon was ¡¸revolution¡¹. The contextual condition were ¡¸decline of self-esteem¡¹, ¡¸social withdraw¡¹, ¡¸withering¡¹. The intervention condition were ¡¸sovereignty¡¹, ¡¸friendly environment¡¹. The strategies were ¡¸solidarity of weakness¡¹, ¡¸guarantee of self-territory¡¹. The consequence were ¡¸rooting¡¹, ¡¸new challenge¡¹. The core category was ¡¸new challenge that changed the anonymous land to friendly land¡¹. Finally The author proposed ¡¸case management of strength point¡¹.
